In the mediation we and I Keep some data base from the document we  work if we  feel that need to keep for the good of the Cliant, same as  I [WE] represent the cliant if the cliant need representation in some case and help for the  progress for the cliant in any case that they need we don't represent Legal attorney cases in front of Judge but yes we represent mediation between  Attorney at Law and Cliant in my Mediation  representation ., 

My Office don't provide Legal code Advise in Law to any of the Cliant  but we take Depositions, Requirement ,Affimations, Acknowledgement, Affidavits , Oath  ext.... for the good and the need of the Cliant., and I We [    HELP     ]  the Cliant if is need other service base in his need to other service link to my  Service for NOTARY PUBLIC.

In the Notary Practice I don't keep any Document or copy in file I just seal and stamp do signiture check and I.D Check but I we don't keep  any document  just the RECORDKEEPING PROTOCOLS.
